(“Mytrippl,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Mytrippl website, mobile application, and any related services, tools, content, or features made available by us (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, registering, downloading, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any applicable additional terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services.
1. Services Provided
1.1. Types of Services
Mytrippl provides a comprehensive suite of travel-related tools and services designed to assist users in planning, booking, and enhancing their travel experiences. These include but are not limited to:
Booking services for flights, hotels, trains, buses, and ferries
Car and motorcycle rental services
Airport transfers and on-demand luggage storage solutions
Travel insurance, eSIM services, and digital connectivity offerings
AI-powered itinerary planning via TripplAI
Subscription-based flight access and rewards via TripplPass
All services are facilitated through proprietary software, third-party integrations, and licensed suppliers.
Mytrippl does not directly operate or own transportation, accommodation, or insurance services. Instead, we act as an intermediary between you and third-party providers. The contractual relationship for such third-party services lies directly between you and the provider.
2. Service Availability
The availability, functionality, and scope of the Services offered on the Mytrippl platform are dependent on a variety of factors, including partnerships with third-party providers, local regulations, and technical or operational conditions. As such:
Mytrippl makes no guarantee that all services will be available in all regions or at all times.
TripplPass coverage, flight availability, routes, and participating carriers may be revised periodically based on commercial, regulatory, or logistical circumstances.
Mytrippl reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services, either temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.
We are not liable for any unavailability of services due to the decisions of third-party partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Certain destinations, operators, or user regions may be added or removed without prior notice. Refunds or compensation will not be issued solely due to changes in availability unless required by law or as expressly stated in your subscription terms.
2. Subscriptions & Fees
2.1. App-Based Subscriptions
Certain services offered by Mytrippl, including but not limited to TripplPass, are accessible exclusively through subscription models available within the Mytrippl mobile application. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay the applicable subscription fees displayed at the time of purchase.
Authorize us (via the relevant app store or payment provider) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Accept that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand.
Subscription plans, pricing, and renewal periods are clearly disclosed prior to purchase and are subject to change with appropriate notice, where required by law.
2.2. Fees & Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where expressly permitted under applicable consumer protection laws or where otherwise stated in promotional or plan-specific terms.
Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing period, meaning you will retain access until that time but will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions directly through the Mytrippl mobile app or via their respective app store account settings (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).
Refund requests submitted outside the official channels or beyond the eligibility window will not be honored. In the case of technical errors or billing disputes, users should reach out via our Contact Page within 14 days of the incident.
User Conduct
3.1. Lawful and Responsible Use
You agree to use the Mytrippl Services in full compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must not:
Use the platform for any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purpose.
Engage in conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or limits the use of the Services by others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or networks connected to Mytrippl.
Any misuse of the Services may result in suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for violations.
3.2. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mytrippl account credentials, including your password and login information. You agree to:
Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Notify us immediately through our Contact Page if you suspect any unauthorized use, access, or security breach.
Mytrippl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account or to report unauthorized activity in a timely manner.
4. Partnerships & Collaborations
4.1. Third-Party Service Providers
To deliver a wide range of travel-related services, Mytrippl partners with third-party suppliers, platforms, and service providers. These may include:
Airlines, hotel chains, car rental agencies, insurance companies, and digital connectivity providers.
Payment processors, authentication tools, and cloud-based platforms.
By using such third-party services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Each third-party provider operates independently and is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
Your contractual relationship for these services lies directly with the provider, not with Mytrippl.
4.2. Information Accuracy & Liability
While Mytrippl makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of information sourced from our partners, we do not warrant or guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party content, pricing, or availability.
Mytrippl is not responsible for service disruptions, delays, errors, or losses incurred due to the performance (or lack thereof) of any third-party providers.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting any third-party terms before confirming a reservation or purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mytrippl, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Mytrippl website, mobile application, or services;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct;
Any booking delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service failures, or inaccuracies in third-party services accessed through the platform;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
All bookings and services facilitated through Mytrippl are subject to the terms and policies of third-party providers. Mytrippl makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the completeness, reliability, availability, or quality of services delivered by these external providers.
All services offered via Mytrippl are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and operational continuity, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Users agree that they use the platform at their own risk.
Privacy & Data Protection
Mytrippl is committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU GDPR (where applicable), and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
By using our website, mobile application, or any related services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using Mytrippl’s website, mobile application, or any of its services, you agree that any legal action, proceeding, or dispute related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction, including based on forum non conveniens.

Mytrippl reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform functionalities, business operations, or user feedback.
