By accessing or using the Platform in any form, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreements. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform and its services.
The content of this page may be updated or amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Mytrippl. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

The Mytrippl Platform and all services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Mytrippl makes no representation or warranty that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or secure, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Platform.
Users acknowledge that all travel-related services — including flights, accommodations, car rentals, insurance, eSIMs, and others — are facilitated through third-party providers or affiliates. Mytrippl acts solely as an intermediary or facilitator and does not directly operate, manage, or control the underlying services.
As such, Mytrippl bears no liability for delays, schedule changes, cancellations, quality issues, or losses arising from the conduct, omission, or errors of third-party providers. All disputes, complaints, or claims arising out of these services shall be directed to the relevant provider in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
By using Mytrippl, users voluntarily assume all risks related to the use of third-party services, and agree to hold Mytrippl, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless against any losses, liabilities, damages, or costs arising therefrom.
Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Mytrippl is committed to protecting your personal data and adheres to applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users, and any relevant local privacy legislation based on your region of residence.
All personal data collected through our services is processed in accordance with our published Privacy Policy. By using Mytrippl, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, use, processing, and potential cross-border transfer of your personal data, as described therein.
This may include, but is not limited to, name, contact information, travel preferences, device identifiers, IP address, and behavioral data — all of which may be used to improve our services, provide personalized content, and comply with legal obligations.
We also employ cookies, beacons, pixels, and other tracking technologies to collect analytical data, enhance user experience, optimize platform performance, and support advertising and remarketing initiatives. You may manage your cookie preferences through your device settings or browser tools.
All user data is stored using industry-standard security protocols and infrastructure. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
Services Provided
Mytrippl operates as a digital platform designed to simplify and enhance travel planning by aggregating a range of services from third-party travel providers. The services offered through the Platform may include, but are not limited to:
Commercial flight booking and reservation services
Hotel and short-term accommodation booking
Intercity bus ticket booking
Train ticket booking and related transportation
Car and motorcycle rentals
Airport and local transfer arrangements
Luggage storage and delivery services
Digital connectivity solutions including eSIMs
Travel insurance products and ancillary travel protections
All services listed above are subject to availability and governed by the individual terms, conditions, and policies of the underlying service providers. Mytrippl does not independently operate or control any of the services listed, and merely serves as a facilitator, aggregator, or affiliate to present these offerings through its mobile and web-based platforms.
Furthermore, certain services may be regionally restricted due to provider limitations, legal requirements, or regulatory constraints. Mytrippl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to any service category without notice or liability.
Subscription Service (TripplPass)
TripplPass is a proprietary subscription-based flight access program offered exclusively through the official Mytrippl mobile application. By enrolling in TripplPass, users gain access to a curated number of flights per billing period, subject to the specific terms outlined in the applicable subscription plan.
TripplPass subscriptions are structured as auto-renewing agreements. Upon activation, the selected plan will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) unless the user initiates cancellation through the in-app subscription management interface prior to the renewal date.
Cancellations initiated by the user will take effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. No refunds — full or partial — will be issued for unused services or for mid-cycle cancellations unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Mytrippl reserves the right to amend the features, pricing, or availability of TripplPass plans at any time, with appropriate notice to affected users, in compliance with applicable law.
Partnerships & Third-Party Providers
The Mytrippl platform facilitates access to travel-related goods and services that are operated and fulfilled by independent third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, bus and train operators, car rental agencies, insurance companies, and telecommunication providers (for eSIMs).
Mytrippl does not warrant, endorse, or assume any liability for the performance, conduct, accuracy, legality, or safety of services rendered by third parties. All bookings, reservations, and purchases made through the Platform are subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions, including refund policies, cancellation windows, service fees, and liability limitations.
Users are strongly encouraged to review and accept the terms and conditions of the applicable service provider before completing any transaction. Mytrippl shall not be held responsible for losses, damages, inconveniences, or claims resulting from a third-party provider's failure to fulfill its obligations.
Where applicable, Mytrippl may receive commission or referral fees from third-party providers, as disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Travel Information & Updates
Mytrippl endeavors to provide current and accurate travel-related information including, but not limited to, flight schedules, hotel room availability, fare pricing, transportation options, and booking timelines.
However, such information is supplied by third-party data sources and may change without notice due to real-time operational factors (e.g., airline schedule adjustments, hotel room availability fluctuations, public transportation delays, or regional disruptions).
Mytrippl does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this information. It is the user’s responsibility to verify critical travel details — including but not limited to departure times, baggage allowances, transfer points, and visa requirements — directly with the applicable provider prior to departure.
Users assume full responsibility for acting upon such information and acknowledge that Mytrippl shall not be liable for any reliance placed upon outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete content.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This legal documentation, along with all policies, disclaimers, and agreements incorporated herein by reference, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of the Mytrippl platform, its services, or its agreements, such matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the United Kingdom.
Users expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of UK courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or similar doctrines.
Changes to These Terms
Mytrippl reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Legal Notice and any associated terms, disclaimers, and policies at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior individual notice, unless such notice is required by applicable legislation.
Significant changes that materially affect user rights, obligations, or privacy protections will be communicated through prominent in-app messaging, email correspondence, or other official channels, as appropriate.
Continued use of the Mytrippl Platform following the publication or notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
